Codex' Konsolidierungs-Release auf v100.0.0. Drift behoben.

Hinweis: Die Section "## Neue Testakten v71" auf Zeile 407 bleibt
unveraendert — sie ist historischer Abschnittstitel (was war neu in
v71), nicht aktueller Stand.
