1577 Skills umbenannt + 14 als Duplikat zur Kurzform geloescht
in 192 Plugins. Pluginname als Slug-Praefix komplett eliminiert
(z. B. agb-recht-pruefer-kaltstart-triage -> kaltstart-triage,
gesellschaftsrecht-tabellenpruefung -> tabellenpruefung).
Auch Sub-Praefixe spezial-, freigegeben-, fmkw-, workflow-und-
aus den entpraefixten Slugs entfernt. Frontmatter name: jeweils
synchron aktualisiert. Drei externe Link-Verweise auf umbenannte
Skills angepasst (bgb-at-pruefer/README, gesellschaftsrecht/README,
verwaltete-agentenrezepte/due-diligence-tabelle).
