Jost,
I need to be careful here. My understanding was that I licensed the matcher r=
outines to Codeforst for RouteLuchs, not that I assigned all rights. The agre=
ement says work made for hire, but my accountant flagged that I was an indepe=
ndent contractor and the code uses a library I had before the project.
I am not trying to block the customer release, but please do not tell investo=
rs that I assigned everything without us agreeing on the paperwork.
