Take two.

* Avoid eval if the prefix contains `:=`
    * This is not to evaluate variable assignment. e.g. ${FOO:=BAR}
* [zsh] Prevent `>(...)` form
* Suppress error message from prefix evaluation
* Stop completion when prefix evaluation failed
