docs(readme): add 10M+ downloads badge (#655)

Browse Source 
Adds a 'downloads 10M+' badge to the existing shields.io row, linking
to the Edge Module Catalog section (where the cog binaries / HF
weights / npm + crates packages are surfaced). Uses
img.shields.io/badge/downloads-10M%2B-brightgreen.svg — static,
no external counter API hit per page load.
