Picks up a cargo-fmt pass on the rufield MFS reference stack (github.com/ruvnet/rufield): whitespace/line-wrap only, no logic changes. 98 tests, 0 failed.

All submodules track the main branch of their upstream repos.
Setup
After cloning this repo, initialize submodules:
git submodule update --init --recursive
Or clone with submodules in one step:
git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/ruvnet/RuView.git
Update to latest upstream
git submodule update --remote --merge
git add vendor/
git commit -m "chore: update vendor submodules"
A GitHub Actions workflow also checks for updates every 6 hours and opens a PR automatically.
