ruv 9f595ed26b fix(ci): source IDF export.sh before pip install in container ...

espressif/idf:v5.4 container doesn't have pip/pip3 on PATH — it
lives inside the IDF Python venv which is only activated after
sourcing $IDF_PATH/export.sh.
