Vite + Lit dashboard for the nvsim NV-diamond magnetometer simulator.
WASM-backed deterministic pipeline (Proof::EXPECTED_WITNESS_HEX matches
across browsers and machines). PWA-enabled with service worker and
manifest scoped to /RuView/nvsim/.

Preserves all sibling demos:
- / (Observatory)

- /ui/ (legacy UI)
